projectwellzlogo-graystroke

welcome to project well-z.

we’re a by-youth, for-youth organization working to revolutionize mental health for gen z.

our mission is to destigmatize mental illness, make mental healthcare more accessible, and educate the next generation on the mental health topics that have been deemed “taboo” for too long. since the summer of 2022, we’ve made strides towards this goal: from sharing free resources online, to helping update mental health lesson plans across the country, to hosting panels with mental health professionals, activists, and elected officials. we want to make sure that no young person feels alone in their mental health journey–and we can’t do it alone. if you want to keep up with the work we’re doing or help contribute to the movement, check out our other tabs to join one of our 5 regional chapters, 100+ online panel attendees, or 10,000+ social media viewers.
